As I sat at the desk, staring at the week’s calendar and the long list of goals, projects, and tasks, I scratched my head wondering how it was all going to work out. The business had successfully grown to a full practice, but once full I realized it left little to no room for much else. I had reached level one, but yet why wasn’t I happy?

The overwhelming sensation flooded over me and I quickly thought, “well I need to get up earlier, work a little later, and manage my time better!” Surely I thought there were pockets of wasted resources in that overstuffed calendar, and I somehow just couldn’t see them.

So I signed up for another task management application, and reorganized my office and calendar. That will launch me to the next level, or so I thought.

Fast forward six months and the overwhelm had yet to dissipate. In fact, it was getting worse. My goals and bigger visions for this ministry mocked me, much like clothing in the wrong size pokes fun every time you open the closet door.

There seemed to be no space, no room, for those visions. And that just would not do.

As a growing entrepreneur, it is easy to get caught in the web of our work while trying to balance the rest on one finger. We can hold it all together for awhile with glue and double-sided tape, but eventually the balls start to drop as we move through the stages of growth. When this happens, we find ourselves at a crossroads. Do I pull back and stay where I am? Or do I push through the growing pains?

If you are ready to scale and grow, then this Mastermind might be the right place for you.

Growing within a ministry can feel uncomfortable. Shedding the things that don't fit, trying on what feels like a thousand new things to find the one that actually fits and makes you feel like a million dollars, can be exhausting.

For the growing entrepreneur, who is ready to shed but getting lost in the transition, then I want you to know that I see you and I support you.

In today's world, knowing what to do isn't the problem. Or maybe it is, as it fans the flame of indecision with all the knowledge and the teachings and the options!

The disconnect is in the doing. Of the right things and in the right order and with the right amount of time and space made.

The Simplification Mastermind is open for enrollment with classes beginning in April. It might be the right fit for you if you find the easy zone something that you aren't breaking out of. Or if you find yourself plateaued in income and interest. How we feel about our work is a direct indication of where we are in the zone.

To learn more about how this program can support and honor your ministry, sign up for a Clarity Call below. The call will take place via webcast; we will bring clarity to Future You and then determine if the program is the right fit (or not). Simple, because no one needs more complication in their life.

If you are ready to push through, then I see you and honor you for that courage and commitment. It will take a lot of both to grow and expand. But what it won’t require is more work and more systems and more processes. Sure, those things are helpful, but what it comes down to is returning to the foundation of your business, identifying your service container, and then marketing and selling to the client who is RIGHT for you (as opposed to everyone).

Growing isn’t impossible, and it doesn’t have to be painful. This mastermind program teaches practices that simplify your vision so you can get there with ease and grace.

This powerful coaching program is for the growing entrepreneur who is ready for more clients, more opportunities to serve, and more abundance.
