Are You Rushing & Hurrying?

Frazzle McDazzle - is she running the show?

I was in a hurry and I was low on sleep. I may have laid in the bed for 8 hours, but sleep? Yea I didn't get much of it.

I thought I had calculated how much time I needed to get out the door, but apparently I hadn't. I forgot how long it took to make a smoothie and pack a lunch. And now I was late.

I gave Raymond an air kiss as I ran out the door. Literally, ran.

I stuffed all my bags in the car meanwhile spilling coffee on my uniform. UGH

I pressed the start button on the car ready to throw it in reverse because Momma was in a hurry folks and she ain't never late!

The familiar dings of the car chimed and then another one. An unfamiliar one.

Low on gas?! I don't have time to fill up before my session.

I weaved through cars like a bat-out-of-he** and turned into the service station on two wheels. The pumps that were open had those annoying bags over it that said "out of service". Are you kidding me!?

I had to wait in line for the bozo in front of me to HURRY THE HECK UP and pump his gas. Get off your cell phone!

The steam cloud was coming out of my ears. My face was hot and my mind was racing.

How often have you found yourself in this state? Running around, rushing and pushing. Weaving and ranting. Spilling and spewing.

Your frazzled self is the one that is running around like a banshee; in short, she is running the show.

You know you have another self in there: quiet, calm, cool & collected. She is hiding in a closet because Frazzle McDazzle is too much for her.

Watch my video below on how we can show Frazzle out the door (now) and invite Calm You to the table.
