5 Easy Ways To Wear A Scarf
Scarves are the perfect accessory in the winter. I’ve moved away from necklaces and dangly earrings so I appreciate the value a scarf can add to an outfit.
You can find scarves in so many prints, fabrics, and styles these days! I love a chunky scarf and I’m still holding on the blanket scarf regardless of trendiness (or not).
A scarf can be useless clutter if it never sees the light of day. It can look cute all day long folded up in the drawer, but it was created to be worn! :)
So let’s break out those scarves this fall and winter! I’ve got 5 easy ways to wear a scarf to help you mix it up!
The French Knot
Works best with longer scarves.
Fold the scarf in half and wrap around the back of your neck. Pull one end through the loop. Twist the loop and then pull the other end through.
The Cowl Neck
I love this look with a nice chunky scarf! It adds bulk but it also keeps me so warm!.
Starting at the front of your neck, wrap the scarf around. At the back of your neck, cross the ends and bring it back to front. Tuck it under the cowl neck.
You could keep the tails out or tuck them in.
The Simple Loop
The easiest of them all is the simple loop.
Fold the scarf in half and wrap around the back of your neck. Pull through the loop and tighten to your liking.
This looks great with scarves that are long, short, thin, or chunky.
The Cowgirl
This works best with a square scarf. Vintage or blanket.
Fold the scarf to make a triangle. Starting at the front of your neck, bring the scarf up and around the back of your neck. Cross the ends and loosely tie in the front. Adjust where needed.
